How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@stackwell.bio with your order number. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will not be charged again.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
